SAYA CHAN - "SAYA" CD New. In Plastic. 13 tracks. The first album of the reboot from Okinawa Electric Girl Saya to Saya is released Since her teens, Okinawa Electric Girl Saya has built her own world with Okinawan music, noise, electro music, ambient, and experimental music, and has been active in collaboration with various artists both in Japan and abroad, such as the band Saya Kaidan with Hijokaidan and the unit Seikon with Keiji Haino, in parallel with her solo activities. The album "Saya: Saya", which marks the start of her new start as Saya, will be released by the newly launched label "SHISA SOUND WAVE". Guests include Aragaki Mutsumi, who develops a unique world of Okinawan music that has attracted attention worldwide, HARIKUYAMAKU, who expresses Okinawan music and folk songs with a unique and unique tropical dub, ORIONBEATS, also known as Hiroyama Tetsushi, a member of RYUKYUDISKO and NEE NEE, a leading figure in Okinawan club sound, and the founder of RAKUEN RABEL, actor, film director, and rapper Higashimori Aika, who attracted attention for her Yonaguni language rap on social media. The jacket, booklet and CD designs were done by manga artist Kamui Fujiwara. SAYA CHAN - "SOUL TOWEL" The design features an Okinawan motif. The color is green, which is also the theme color for the album cover of "Saya: Saya," which will be fully recreated live this time. In Saya's own words: "It's a lovely flower that I love and grew in the garden of my parents' house in Okinawa City." On the towel is, indeed, a beautiful, imaginary butterfly with a gradation of flowers and wings, often used to represent Okinawa. The background features the flow of energy in the shape of the letter S for SAYA. And the Message on the towel? A prayer for a peaceful world without war through music.
